Style | A love for Peggy Porschen

So having the whole weekend off I decided to make the most of it and yesterday I travelled to London with my boyfriend to do a spot of sightseeing and relax.
I adore London, it's one of my favourite cities to visit and whenever I go I like to find somewhere different to see and add to the list of favourites. I love how London is unique and full of quirky shops, cafes and a place to find inspiration for my brand and blog.

I came across this beautiful little café called Peggy Porschen on Instagram and I've always wanted to try it out. Yesterday was my first visit and I loved it! It's based in a beautiful part of the city called Belgravia and although its very small and we had to wait for a table, it was worth it. Everywhere was so pretty and pink, with chandeliers on the ceiling and lots of different teas to choose from, which were served in pretty pastel cups and saucers with a matching teapot, not to mention the gorgeous little homemade cupcakes which I cant wait to try on my next visit.

It's definitely a place to take your girly friends or family.
What's your favourite place to visit in London?

Fashion | How to wear ripped jeans this season...

I love ripped jeans at the moment, I think they are so edgy and fun. Talking to my cousin recently, she came up with an awesome idea..why not wear pretty tights underneath?
As the weather is cold at the moment, I thought this was a genius idea. I want to wear my jeans but I don't know about you, I always feel the cold through them? So today I decided to try it out and find some lace tights to wear underneath, and it really does make a difference and you get to see the lace effect through the jeans!
You can be creative as you want with this style. I wanted to let the lace stand out through the Blue denim so chose Black. I cant wait to try more effects such as Black under white, coloured under denim, or fishnets or even printed tights if you wanted to be more daring.
I love layering in winter and I really like textures, so this is the perfect combo and you stay warm at the same time. Some things don't have to be kept for the summer...

Style | My New Year

10 days into 2017 and I wanted to share with you my new year and how I celebrated, but also my new years resolutions! For news years eve I wanted to go glam, as I celebrated in style with my boyfriend at a beautiful hotel and spa in Sutton Coldfield called The Belfry.
The venue was so glam and modern with chandelier lights, posh furniture with velvet cushions and a simple but modern décor. The spa featured a swimming pool, sauna and steam room with extras if you wanted a treatment. I liked the added touches, like nibbles with your drinks and everyone was dressed like they were at a film premiere. It was a fab night and I highly recommend it for a weekend away.

I chose to wear my gold shimmer skirt with a grey and gold lace top and then added glam accessories, so I chose my diamante choker, little patent black clutch and my gold strappy sandals. I wanted to add a pop of colour so I tried and tested my new YSL lippie in red! LOVE.

The evening was so nice and a lovely way to bring the new year in. we celebrated over drinks and watched a fantastic firework display. On new years day we woke up to a beautiful breakfast in the Ryder Grill and went on to relax in the spa. A perfect occasion if you ask me. I hope you had a great start to the new year and celebrated in style.
